The Economist ranks the Henley full-time MBA in the World's Top 20 programmes in 2010
Henley Business School is delighted to announce the results of the Economist Full-time MBA Ranking 2010. This shows us to be firmly positioned in the
world's top MBA programmes:
- 17th in the World (up from 21 in 2009)
- 2nd in the UK, above London Business School, Judge, Said and Lancaster Business Schools
- 5th in Europe, coming in after IESE Business School, IMD, HEC and Cranfield.
Professor John Board, Dean-elect of Henley Business School comments:
"This excellent result demonstrates that the quality of the student body on the Henley MBA is at the heart of our success. At Henley we believe that who
you learn with is as important as what you learn, and our policy of selecting a full-time MBA class with above average management experience when they start, combined with their integration into our alumni network from early on, means that our participants have a different experience both during the programme and afterwards. The results of The 2010 Economist ranking reinforces the power of the Henley Experience even during difficult economic times and a tough job market.
This outstanding result is also due to the enormously hard work of everybody on the MBA team at their drive and initiative in delivering what continues to be recognized as a world-class programme. As the incoming Dean I could have wished for no better start to my tenure and I very much look forward to contributing to the team effort".
